Has this happened to you: a girl gave you her number, you punched it in, and later you found out you didn’t save it properly? Yeah, me too!
Maybe I’m one of those pen and paper kind of guy.

Does your phone keep track of the #s you type in the keypad? (For example, when you punch in numbers before making a call.) Moto phones have it under Recent Calls -> Notepad.
The easiest thing I’ve found is to screw the phonebook entirely — just dial the number, call, then immediately hang up. That’ll save it in your outgoing calls list long enough for you to buy some breath mints and a new suit. It’s dating time, boyo!
Upon second review, I would like to state for the record that I do not mean to imply that you have bad breath or need a new wardrobe.
Can you prove that I don’t have bad breath or need a new wardrobe?
My phone does keep a list of ten outgoing numbers. But I was just saving it to the phonebook, and probably didn’t confirm the save or something.
